Yummy Burgers

Hello everyone, things are finally starting to calm down with the whole pandemic situation, we are now allowed to go out a bit more. With this being said, let’s start cooking on our grills and make some Yummy Burgers!

Ingredients:
3 lbs of Ground Chuck/Ground Beef
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Minced Garlic
1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
1 tsp of Sweet Soy Sauce
2 tsp’s of Onion Salt
1 tsp of Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp of Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika

  • Step 1: Start your grill and preheat to around 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step 2: Remove your ground chuck/ground beef from its package and place it into a mixing large bowl. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, and 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce to the bowl. Mix ingredients together.
  • Step 3: In a small bowl add 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 2 tsp’s of onion salt, 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp of ground ginger, and 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika. Whisk together to combine.
  • Step 4: Now add your combined seasonings from your small bowl into your large mixing bowl. Mix ingredients together, thoroughly.
  • Step 5: Once all ingredients have been combined. Roll palm sized balls of the meat together and flatten into appropriately sized patties.

  • Step 6: Once all your patties are formed, add them to your preheated grill. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip them at the midway point (5 minutes) to prevent burning.
  • Step 7: After 10 minutes, remove your patties from the grill, add your chosen topping, and serve. Enjoy!
