2 tbsp’s of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp’s of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp of Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp of Italian Seasoning
  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step 2: Next, take out a large mixing bowl and add 2 eggs, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning. Whisk to combine.
  • Step 3: Once the previous ingredients are combined add 3 lbs of ground turkey, 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs, 1 thinly diced yellow onion, 2 tbsp’s of minced garlic, and 1 can of diced tomatoes (drained) to the large mixing bowl. Knead with clean hands to combine.
  • Step 4: Once all ingredients have been thoroughly combined, add the mixture to a rectangular meatloaf pan. *If you don’t have a meatloaf pan, then shape the mixture into a loaf and add to a pan.* Then, add the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes.
*Here’s an example of the pan that I used.
  • Step 5: While the loaf mixture is baking, let’s make our sauce. In a bowl, add 3/4 cups of ketchup, 2 tbsp’s of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 2 tsp’s of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning. Whisk to combine and set aside.
  • Step 6: After 50 minutes, remove pan with your loaf from the oven and brush all your sauce onto your loaf. Then cover the pan and loaf with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Step 7: After 25 minutes, remove the aluminum foil cover and bake for another 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step 8: After the last 5 minutes are over, remove the pan with your loaf from the oven, serve, and enjoy. *Mashed potatoes go great as a side dish with this recipe.
